    I tend to be anal when I purchase a service or product. I do that out of necessity from past experience but with Jim you knew that he would be doing his best to educate you and obtain good insurance coverage,

    We have been with Farm Bureau as best we can determine from the early 80’s. They changed accounts numbers in the mid 90’s and lost history. Changed only because of ever increasing costs, poor agent service and inattention to what policies was needful or coverage. EXP–Fire insurance on Mother-in-Laws home at$50,000 under needed insurance. When I asked the agent about this at our one and only meeting, he told me that i had asked for the dollar coverage. Did not seem concerned that a fire would have wiped us out.

    We have saved $1985 in Costs in switching to Erie Insurance. And with much better coverage.
